I had back pain today as well. I woke up and was just like, "Oh sweet god! The pain!" This lasted a few hours into school, damn muscle spasms. I would not recommend it. But, I love cereal. It's my favorite food.

Seriously, haha I had a few months where I didn't eat much else but cereal.
But I wouldn't recommend it, as I lost way a lot of weight unintentionally. Haha.
