OK, so. I've had this spot in my back that was numb for weeks and weeks. Last night at work, it went from being numb to horrible pain. It feet like it was on fire.

Well, horrible pain usually isn't a good sign. You should probably get it checked out. It could be nothing, but pain like that shouldn't go unchecked.

I get paid on the 20th of the month - or the last working day before the 20th if it falls on a non-working day. So I should get paid tomorrow, however:
Oh and at the beginning of the month they assured us that we'd all get our money ok for this month and going forwards.

Unfortunately, it is with deep regret we must inform you that at this time we can only fund 50% of November salaries; we expect 50% of your November salary to be in your bank account on Monday 21 November. We are currently working on securing the remainder of the payroll and would hope to be able to pay this later next week.

Oh after waiting in all day for my laptop to be delivered, it seems the man bringing it "didn't have time to do all his deliveries" so they're going to come again tomorrow and I'm stuck waiting again.
