I asked Raine about them. th ewhite one is make proverty history and the multi colored one is from DATA. the other 2 were ones people tossed on stag eor gav ehim. i told him i would give him the yellow cancer one. he said Lance has his blood changed and he took drugs. OUch.. So be it.. I don't know much about Lance. i only wear the yellow one cause it is cancer. i lost my dad, uncle, and grandma's to cancer and my mom had a form of it. that is why I wear the pink melissa etheridge one cause my maternal granma died from brest cancer..( this was before I was born so I never got to meet her )

tha tis funny cause one of the guys I know said I had a ot on my wrist.. I have 3 and my UNTIL THERE IS A CURE aids braclet that has beeen on my wrist for 11 years..

I just got a Kohl's one at work today. :lol:

But it's a charity, it's for "Kohl's Cares for Kids", the store's charity. It's a pretty color, too, it's like a <font color="#449999">bright aqua</font> (brighter than that text :lol:

).

Maybe now that I have two, wearing them even though they're huge on me wouldn't look so dumb and I can start wearing my one.org one.

cos that's a lovely colour.

my problem with the bands is that mainly they're really big and my wrists are teeny and it looks a bit funny.

I've got a yellow cancer one, and a black music= life one (for vh1s save the music foundation), and a white make poverty history one too. And I wear them everyday.

Not to mention the fact that most cancer patients are on quite a few meds... and blood transfusions aren't all that rare.

But anyway, Save The Music has bands? Ooh, I want one.

As far as I know this wristband is related directly to Armstrong. Raine doesn't have to wear this bracelet to be a cancer research supporter... he probably has his reasons to believe in what he said about Lance, I don't understand what are you accusing him of.

thanks.I got the until there is a cure bracelet from Bodyshop. It is sliver. has a ribbon on one end and says untrill there is cure inside. You guys may be too young to remember this but during vietnam war they had braclets like this with soliders names on them. When they solider came home you would remove it. I support alot of aids charities so tha tis why I wear it. th ecommericals lately show all these celebs wearing it,. Then you never see them wearing it again..

As for Raine he probably was talking about the magazine articles that came out saying Lance took steroids and such.. I personally don't care about Lance one way or other. I don't mean that in a mean way. I do appreciate the work he is doing thorugh the foundation for cancer survivors and such..
that is a big thing. WHo cares how he won the tour de France?

You know lately Raine has really been speaking his mind. not always in a good way either.. Don't know why though.

There is a save a music one now Nikki? I haven't seen them..

these bracelets seem to replaced th eribbons that people wore. I still have my red aids ribbon on my jacket..
