Starting a band essay, help

Hey guys, I'm writing this essay for my expository writing class and its about starting a band. I want to know if you guys know anywhere where I can find a quote of a famous musician saying something about how you have to be dedicated. Please help because its due tomorrow and of course I'm a procrastinator and am just starting today.

Oh I thought you said you were starting a band and if you were I'd try out for keyboardist or singer or something. Famous musician, think of anyone.
