I actually tried out the ALS and Al Genina tabs at olp.cc

They really don't sound right to me.

Al Genina from .cc sounds perfect to me.......umm A/L/S has some problems but you can make it work. I covered them in the undress your soul area. I need to put the new live studio version of Al up..it's really good I think.

The Al Genina tab (assuming it's the same one as they had right after the album came out) is wrong. It's missing a number of notes, and Joel plays it in a different position on the neck (though that's a minor detail, the changed position may lend easier access to the missing notes).

I believe A/L/S is close, but not great either.

I find tabs are often pretty innaccurate.

I dont know about guitar, but its aweful with drums, some tabs completely mess up the song, like the clumsy tab on olp.cc. its completely wrong.

Definately.

Granted, more often than not an inaccurate tab can lead to figuring out how to actually play the song.
