Even though it's from two years ago, and you've probably had this cleared up....

I'm gonna cut in here and say that Christians (or at least catholics) acknowledge evolution.

Fair enough, but not all Catholics or Christians acknowlege it as fact either. I don't acknowlege it at all and my reasoning behind it is largely based in science. You just have to look in the current events forum to read my thoughts on that.

also fair enough... i just wanted to get the point across that evolution doesn't necessarily "go against religion"

I disagree with it though. I don't think evolution goes against religion, I just think its an idiotic theory that has been disproved by the fossil record.
