OMG that band really sucks...esp their guitarist :P

At first I thought this meant best live show from OLP..

I would put them as getting better. They have grwon tremedously as a live act over the last 5 years.. I think around the Happiness era is when they all came into their own as live musicians. Definitely with SM.. I have seen acts better and I have seen acts worse. it is all opinion..

I would put olp in my top 30-50. Then again I have seen so many shows in my life..( at least 1000-no lie)

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

The thing is... OLP concerts (at least to me) are way more about the vibe and the energy than about the actual playing. If Raine's voice is off, I hardly even notice until I hear a bootleg of the show later on. If the band screws up, it really doesn't maim the show at all for me.

As far as that vibe (can't think of a better word, maybe somebody else can)... I've never gotten it from any other band I've seen live. OLP wins, hands down for that. Which is why I can see them 11 times in 3 years and still want more. ;)

I saw them do that live! They opened for Metallica. That was certainly the highlight of their set. I was mucho impressed... and I was actually dreading seeing Godsmack before the concert.
