Which is your favourite song on HIPT?

Since He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named (that's actually his name!) didn't make a new one...

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down

I honestly don't know (and in this case, that's a good thing).

I'll have to choose between Angels, L&T, and Al Genina eventually.

after hearing the clips of some of the songs that the band realeased months ago, my favourite was hands down angels. Now that ive heard all the songs thought, my favourite tune has gotta be love and trust.

I love picture and Boy. But I voted for picture, mmmm I love that song.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

I voted for Al Genina because it still gives me tingles. And that's what an Our Lady Peace song should do.

I don't think Picture is the best song on this album at all. Its a little too clunky for me and the lyrics could have been more insightful.....comes off a little whiny.

I guess I'm partial to Walking in Circles, Boy and Love and Trust.

Al Genina is doing good!

I like what you said about Al Genina Axtech. It seems like it connects on a level thats kind of deeper then music, which is again, what OLP music should, and usually does do.

Looks like Where Are You is getting no love.

They should've kept it sounding like the Holiday greeting version in 2003.

Boy is a good song but personally I don't see what's so great about picture. It sounds kind of uninspired to me. Less like OLP and more like those poppy songs about missing someone.
