I really like this song and it might be my fave on the cd (though I have no idea how I'd rank the songs on this cd amongst themselves just yet), but I couldn't say best ever. I think for me that will always be In Repair.

Not yet, though I ordered the live DVD through ebay and I'm hoping to get it soon (I'm in the US so it would have been ridiculously costly for me to get it before this). I mainly ordered it because of hearing people talk about that version of In Repair, actually
