Both Jer and Duncan are in the game. As I understand it, they have a friend who works at rockstar, who offered to let them do some of the lines for the cops in the game (although all characters outside of the plotline are just listed as "pedestrians"). Both are credited in the game's instruction booklet.

Here's Jer's GTAVC imdb: http://imdb.com/name/nm1273168/

Thanks, I had no idea. I didn't become an OLP fan until 2003.

haha, I did the same thing when I got it. There were a couple of lines that I thought might be Duncan, but I was never sure.

Meh, I was more focused on the killing and mayhem rather than trying to find their voices.

Ya, but before somehow taking out the cops, I would always try to see if it was Jeremy. That would make it harder.

 Then you'd get to kill Jeremy. How... disturbing.

Anyway, I couldn't find their voices, either. And I had the advantage of just watching people play while I listened for them.

video games, movies and tv don't make you kill people.

if you start killing people cause you saw it in a video game, you were fucked up to begin with

Well, apparantly, I was reading some article , there were kids who played Vice City exessively, then ended up shooting 3 cops.

The repetitive cop killing in the game created a habitiual response, which the kid acted on in real life, like a reflex. Its like a learnt behaviour, that becomes so ingrained it becomes secondary, it was in some psychology article.

So who knows maybe it does?

Haha, well, apparantly you have to have a certain personality type in order to be really affected.

All i know is in this article, this kid killed 3 cops, and played the game excessively, theres gotta be a connection.

yeah. And when those kids do that, the parents place the blame at the game developers.
