I couldn't find another OMA thread on here - but I might be being blind.

Anyway, we finally have an email from them:

choice selections:

THis OMA thing is confusing , whats all this OLP log stuff in the e-mail? We document where we promote or talk about OLP?

One of the reasons I joined OMA is for the music. It said once we were registered we would possible have eventual access to some new music. I hope OLP releases Vampires through the OMA. Thats the song they cut, and theyve GOTTA do something with it.

As of 3 weeks ago they were thinking of donating Vampires to Warchild.

And that log thing is silly - it lets you submit stuff even if you dont' actually fill in any fields.

Well, they have to release it some how, the put ltos of work into it, and I read that they had alot of trouble cutting it out, because Steve really liked it.

It sounded great in the olp.net clips, they cant just get rid of it. I hope they release it through OMA>I really loved that song even through we only heard a small clip, I was looking forward to it being on the album :(

I got the same e-mail and I came here to post about it and...well...you beat me to it! Yes, "The Birdman" and "In Repair" have been added to the HIPT tracklist. I guess that will be cool for most people, but I actually have both of those songs already. They were originally released on two ULTRA RARE OLP albums called "Naveed" and "Spiritual Machines". I could probably get about 4 grand a piece for them on eBay, but I won't part with them.
