When I saw this yesterday, I got really sad that Teedus wasn't the first one to post it. I should have deleted the thread so he could have. Poor guy has waited so long to break the news to us. And I like the design too.

Like you've all said, I too think it's a great look. Like Soozy, however, I am having a slight problem with how long it's taking the pages to load...have OLP teamed up with a broadband provider?...no dial-up users allowed :lol:

I wonder if there will be a "Connected" (or whatever it was called) feature with HIPT that lets you get to special webpages and such. That would be cool!

I'm on broadband. The wait isn't that long, but long enough to break up the flow when moving around the site. I can't imagine how icky it must be on dial up

Really REALLY cool site! The Gravity one was terrible (especially with that pointless OUR LADY PEACE plain window that popped up), so this site is a welcome change

Call me stupid, but how exactly does a podcast work? It's for iPod owners only, isn't it? Any way the rest of us'll be able to listen?

anyone can listen to it but it's designed to be able to be uploaded onto your ipod via an rrs feed. At least that's my understanding.

if its a podcast thru itunes then you'll need an ipod. if its just an mp3 file then you can load it to any player...

of course if it is an itunes podcast you could always just listen on your computer.

Matt Good's podcasts are just mp3s you can listen to on your computer.

Podcasts can be listened to if you don't have an iPod. You just need iTunes.

Depends on who's doing the podcast and how they do it. Like Sooz said, some podcasts are just MP3, designed to be an audio blog entry. Matt Good's podcasts have been interviews between himself and a friend that he just uploaded to his site.

well, i was looking at the tour section, and tickets for the Mod Club show go on sale this friday, i looked at ticketmaster and there's no listing....would these tickets be on sale thru the Mod Club, or thru Ticketmaster?
