Who's the fifth guy on the live DVD?

Post by Fabio_kun »

Since I'm from Brazil, I still haven't got the chance to watch the live DVD in it's entirity. I still plan on buying it, but it's rather expensive down here. However, I've downloaded some files through the hub.

Who's that fifth guy going on stage with them right before All For You?
And during the opening tune, there CLEARLY is a second guitar. Is that stunt guy playing it?

I don't see him on the rest of the dvd...
Can anyone clear that up for me?

Thanks.

Hey there, haven't seen you around here in a while. And yeah, that's the stunt guitarist Mike Eisenstein.

Oh right..

But he's gotta be in for at least some parts of the dvd right? Otherwise they wouldn't have mike listed in the credits?

Well, he filled in for the entire tou if I remember correctlyr, so it doesnt make sense for him just to play those two date. As for the credits thing, I think the reason they listed Mike E was because he was their official auxiallary musician at the time, not Jaime.

I could be wrong of course.

I was kinda under the impression that Jamie only played in like Vancouver or something... but I wasn't at any of the shows so I couldn't say.

Jamie only played for the first 2 dates on the tour - Vancouver and somewhere else I think - because Mike's baby was ill. Mike was back for the DVD shows and the rest of the FOTTP tour.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.
