It was, in fact, just an error on J.K.'s part. I flipped through a copy of Goblet a couple months after the release (I also have a copy with the mistake) to see for myself, and they were in fact switched to correct order. Sorry, nothing to see here.

So shippers DON'T want any relationships? I was thinking shipper was someone who did, and a noromo was someone who didn't. I mean...I always thought these terms came from X-Files fanatics, like myself. So now I'm just confunded.

No, you're correct, they do want relationships, but they're pissed that the relationships didn't turn out how they had wanted them to.

no thats not what i meant, i meant that since everyone is trying to figure out whose initials RAB are, i was reminded the time in the 5th book where the prophesy has initials on it.

I'd forgotten about the initials on the prophecy. Dumbledore has a lot of middle names.

I'm not sure having Ron and Hermione get together is being a shipper though. I mean...she's been setting it up herself. There's no denying. Now, I would say hoping Trelawney and Flitwick get togehter...that's being a shipper.

I've recently been going through some HP message boards and the phrase "It reads like a bad fanfic" has come up so many times that it should be banned from the internet. These people get way too attached... sheesh. I mean, this is the book that they got so obsessed with that they actually ended up hating it.
