It doesn't look right though. Take a look at his wrist and then his hand. It looks like fake, and his hand is inproportionate to the rest of him. Same with his face. Also his hands and face are a different colour than his arms.

That's called "rolls of fat" and "lighting".

The reason his face is darker is because of the shade from his baseball cap.

This pic was studied extensively on Fark.

I'm pretty sure it's a suit (a "muscle" costume, maybe).

His wrist ends immediately at his hand (a "roll" wouldn't do that), and so does his neck (or lack thereof).

Granted, the kid is obese. But his rolls aren't on display.
