once all issues concerning iraq, afghanistan, pallestine, etc are resolved, the terrorist attacks won't stop because even though these attacks are fuelled somewhat by anger, they are mainly fuelled by religion.
No Osama is a radical. He corrupts the religion. I have studied it, and it is very peaceful. It's very similar to Christianity actually. It does not condone violence. Osama manipulates the teachings of the Quaran to fit his own needs. His attacks may be religiously based, but the religion is a grotesque misinterpretation of Islam.

the thing is there are many who thought like bin laden before 9/11 even happened. al qaeda is one of many terrorist groups situated around the world and isn't necessarily linked to these other groups, which the media seems to think they are, as talked about over the recent years. if bin laden and al qaeda are captured, other groups will be waiting to make their mark with very similar purposes. what isn't mentioned by the media are the many terrorist incidents that have been occuring for years in other 'non-western' countries and people seem to think terrorism is a 'new disease'. it certainly isn't but i can't deny that it has increased in the west since 9/11.
Your idealogy is ridiculous. You are branding a whole religion because of a MINISCULE terrorist operation. There are over, what, 1 billion Muslims? How many are involved in Al Qaeda, maybe 50,000? Even if there were other terrorist groups closely affiliated, or perhaps not affiliated at all, thats what they are -- terrorist groups. Islam is a perfectly acceptable religion, when practiced properly is as fine as Judaism or Christianity. They're all looking at the same God.
That's right. There are very few differences between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. The basic principals are all the same. In fact the basic principals of all religions are relatively similar. You cannot condemn one of the major religions of the world, because of a few radicals, who claim to do a bunch of bullshit in the name of that religion. That is not practicing, the religion.
Ex. The Crusades. Many people died, as Christians went around killing people, in the name of Christianity. But that practice is not held in the Christian religion.

when i meant by 'many', i was referring to terrorists and my point was that terrorism isn't just a new craze, and that it has being going on long before 9/11 ever happened. i wasn't referring to muslims.
damn, i wish i could find my rant on old and new world philosophies and the bi-products they create.
