meh. if you're someone who takes long showers i doubt you'd be wasting much more water. and i can't take baths. it's like you're bathing in your own filth. and sitting in the shower isn't too much of a difference in that respect.
Everyone says that bathing is soaking in your own filth - but if that doesn't equal clean, than why do we soak pots and other dishes? And generally, you're not that filthy.

I just wanna add something about sitting in the shower....... the water then sprays RIGHT in your face. It's no fun.

Baths are not dirty. If that were the case then when you wash your clothes the same way in the washing machine then they would come out dirty again.

I never knew there were rules for how to bathe. I actually sit down in the shower all the time when I am stressed or sick. I just duck my head and then it pounds down on my back and it feels really good.
Are you saying contracting diseases is from baths or from sitting in the shower?

haha exactly .. i love taking a bath every now and then .. so relaxing and gotta have bubbles if you're that filthy that you're sitting in your own filth than you have some hygiene issues to begin with
take a hot shower or use a hot water bottle. it helps a lot.
