i've had the worst cramps in the world tlately. today, i couldnt move or walk for the majority of the day because i was stumbling around in pain. i wanna ask my mom about getting the pill because, supposedly, it helps a whole lot with cramps. but being that i have a boyfriend, telling her that i want the pill for my cramps wouldnt cut it for her. anyone been in this situation.........i need some help.

However, my period is ending, and apparently if I do decide to go get the shot, I need to do it, like tomorrow. How bad would gaining ten pounds seriously be?

My weight doesn't bounce around alot, and i've always had a bit of a belly, but I'm not fat or anything. I don't care about apperence, it's just that this job I'm trying to get involved lots of biking. Fat people can't bike fast, it's just that simple.
