Ok, so... I still get the old live content when I visit olp.com. Anyone know why this would be the case?

Go to Tools On Your Internet Exploer
Go Down To Internet Options
Go to Delete Cookies And Delete History
This Will Delete All The Old Stuff

This should work for you. The OLP date of the album come up on mine.

Wasn't Gravity released the same day in the US and Canada?

negative. gravity was released a week later in the u.s.

teedus, clearly august 30th is the canadian release date. they are a canadian band who markets more towards a canadian crowd.

I think the release date is going to be the same in Canada and the US cause they would have stated otherwise if that was the case....they said it from the beginning with gravity....im sure they would have said if it would be different days

i cant believe they are waiting even longer....lets just hope its worth the wait now.....

The wait's not really that surprising if you think about it. They'll probably release the single at the end of the month which would be two months before the album drops. That will give it a lot of time to make an impact at radio. SOT dropped 3 months before Gravity if i remember right.....One Man Army was almost two months before Happiness......


You can bet there's going to be a lot of promotion for this album. I can see them trying to push this album pretty heavy this time with this new re-surgence of rock (Note: I'm not saying this resurgence of rock is a good thing.. especially with the bands that are leading the way.) and with the semi-breakthrough OLP made with Gravity (in terms of sales..)

i think theres a misconception that gravity was olp's biggest album in the u.s. sure somewhere out there was a big hit on pop radio, but clumsy had a couple of tunes that were all over rock radio..superman's dead, clumsy..it went platinum, even in the u.s. I think we'll see a good amount of promotion for the new record.

i hope they dont use OLP on the cd that is kind of lame.

i am not expecting much for the artwork. but it cant be worse then gravity unless they are topless on the cover i guess.

I think that a plain black and white cover will be really cool. Kind of symbolic of how it seems like people see the world in absolutes.
