Claire, you're so skinny though. *looks at pic* Yep definitley skinny.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

A few years ago, I tried doing tons and tons of crunches to try to make my stomach flat. Instead, I just got muscle built up under the fat and it looked even worse.

See, I'd be perfectly happy with the stomach I have if the rest of me matched it. I'm one of those freaks who's skinny everywhere but with a pot belly. It makes me angry. I wanna be proportioned, darn it!!!! :crying:

Well, my plan is to get a treadmill and set it up in front of my computer, and do a lot more walking on it than running. I'd probably forget I was even walking that way and get a TON of exercise.

I'm really not an outdoor walking person. Ask anyone who's been to a meetup with me.

It's true. Compared to how it used to be, it's horrible. Some of the pictures from the UCMMU make me cringe. :(

exercise regime pour moi:
run for 30-60 minutes EVERY SINGLE DAY[Sometimes not sundays]
40 minute pilates DVD.

Seriously,
Pilates, are amazing. I've been doing it everyday for about 6 months, give or take a few days, and I feel AWESOME. So much like, longer and more flexible not to mention its low impact and I'm more toned.

Heh. I listened to Happiness at work today.

During the chorus of Annie, it started skipping at a fantastically high speed.

It was terrifying.
Just because I am sexy, naked, a bassist, and sporting a top hat doesn't make me Duncan Coutts!

Yep, pilates is great. My friend and I were supposed to take a class together but then they switched my shift at work and I can't anymore but she's lost 10 pds from it. I need a work out buddy. :(

yeah my plan is to run that one mile i can run daily, then walk another 5. during the heat of the day too, i'll probably sweat 5-10 pounds just in the summer if i go during the heat of the day. and i'll probably lay off the cokes too.

but more than likely, i'll do nothing and feel good doing it. :freak:

Dang it, don't mention Coke to me! I'm trying to quit again! It's so difficult when they give it to me for free at work.

Compared to how it used to be, it's horrible.

Oddly enough my SM cd only skips during the Do's in Life. It starts as soon as the first "do" starts and finishes exactly when they're over.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.
