MSN: South Dakota and Minnesota both allow wild cats to be shot. Some estimates indicate 2 million wild cats roam Wisconsin. The state says studies show feral cats kill between 47 million and 139 million songbirds a year

My dad once said he used to tied stray cat's tails together and throw them over clothes lines when he was a kid.

I think he was lying.

He has also claimed to be a firefighter and the coach of the maple leaf's (He isn't a Leaf fan either, which makes it weirder) oh! and that the top floor of his office building is haunted. In conclusion, my Dad is a funny liar.

Yeah...I'd say.

Besides, I don't believe that about cat tails. Did he mean that he actually tied two cats' tails together, or tied them together with something? Because they're BONE, you can't tie them!! I've heard a million stories about that too. My Grandpa says the same thing, but it was doorknob. I also heard a story of a guy who dug hole and stuck cats in them so only their heads' stuck out, and then ran a lawn mower over them...

Today on Oprah I saw a lady who had 81 cats.

To answer your first question, yes I sometimes partake in a bit of Oprah when I come home from work.

To answer your second question, she had a disorder called "hoarding" which was why she had 81 cats.

I'm not fond of cats. We have them to kill rats at the ranch.
