And it is legal, or else every single restaurant on the planet wouldn't do it. Even though I do think it sucks.

Go in a restaurant and ask the waiters how much they make per hour. At least in America, that is how it's done. I think it's lame. I am accepting the job for a few reasons. First, at nights in the summer you can make $150. So you still make better money than most people at low skill jobs at our age. They just pay you crappy hourly.

Second, it's my best friend's restaurant, so we have fun. Third, it's in my town. And fourth, it's something different.
