So the tree in our front yard got cut down by the gas and electric company today by mistake. They were supposed to cut down a tree two houses down the road. Apparently it looks idiotic in our front yard. It's just like a ten foot stump with no branches or top.

This makes me so angry, I can't even tell you. An appraiser is coming to our house tomorrow to assess the damage, but apparently our front yard is just like destroyed.
Don't say we're healing when it's just not what we do...

well. technically. it's an institute of applied science and technology, and he was in a 3 year program, and now has a certificate in computer engineering technology or something fancy like that.
it's just easiest to call it college, because non-canadian people seem not to understand when i say SIAST.

edit: damn pagebaby made this irrelevant, and i'm too lazy to quote cass. so, essentially, she said "your bf is done college? *jealous*"

Ack! That's AWFUL! I can't even imagine... the pear tree across the street just got cut down the other day by the electric company, and THAT bothers me enough.... if they had accidentally cut one of ours down instead, I would've cried. :(

I still remember going with my poppop and parents when I was little to go pick out those trees (we went and got all of the pear trees on the street).

I had an amazing night. Went to the all candidates meeting in Parksville. I even asked a question on open floor time.
Is it sad to get adrenaline from this?
The Liberal candidate was a no show. Scandalous.
