It's actually the SAME rap station that took over DRE back in the day. They moved it from DRE's numbers to Y100's to get the stronger signal. :uh:

AC/DC is alright. Not the greatest but they do have some good songs.

ACDC's awesome... but Y100 doesn't play them, so that wouldn't have worked. :P

Someone changed the lyrics to Pearl Jam - Alive to fit our situation and sang it over the bullhorn, though. :lol:

We also weren't allowed to play any music or anything at that protest... it was semi-illegal. :P

HAHA. today 93.1 DRQ which is a rap/r&b station got switched to rock/classic rock because it was the lowest rated station in the detroit-area. i thought to myself "oh, so this is how the world balances itself out."
