It's mostly a respect thing. Like you've put so much work into the site and done a lot for it. Kind of a reward type of thing. Well at another site it's like that.

It was hard when I had my board. Until a stupid whore went and screwed me over.

ANYHOW, people were always getting pissed at me for doing whatever. It was annoying.

One board has been saying they were gonna make me a mod for years now. Hasn't happened. I keep getting passed over by others that have been there less time and done less than me, and i get no recognition. It's really quite frustrating.

It's actually more bad than it is good. As you all have seen, people completely flip out on us from time to time just for trying to keep the board in order and making sure everyone's following the rules.

And, Rusty... remember... I'm not just a mod, I'm an admin. I could ban you any time I want. :evil:

Amen to what Nikki said. Alex was correct about the mod list. I think I've picked the last 3 or 4 mods we've added, but not without consulting the others first. It's really based on who we feel can maintain order on the board if needed, and who is on the board quite a bit. Trent I am pretty sure I had you in mind the last time I added mods. I dropped two mods and added Josh the last go around.
