highlight: meeting up with group to work on our big poster. my group is very nice. then coming home and drawing. then eating a chicken salad sandwich. and also getting my dad to agree to buy me a laptop for next year

lowlight: getting a long, unexpected lecture from my dad about not caring about my religion (which i do) and about the horrors of homosexuality (which i'm not, and about which i disagree with him).

today is good, but also strange.
