you most likely have but don't realize it. download 'downtime' or 'the first day of spring'. they are an awesome band! i remember liking them right around the time i discovered our lady peace, but haven't really heard of them since.
Definitely Spiritual Machines. It was the first OLP album I ever bought, I remember seeing the video to "In Repair" and thinking (actually more like recognizing) "Hey, it's Our Lady Peace!". But it wasn't until I saw the video to "Life" that I made it my mission to get that album...I just totally related to that song at the time. In gr. 10, I did an English presentation on "Made to Heal" and to this day "In Repair" remains as my favourite OLP song.
A very close second is Happiness..."Is Anybody Home?" is my favourite OLP video..that was when I started paying attention to the band. The entire album is just great..."Thief" has made me cry a few times and I rarely ever cry when listening to a song. I don't like "Waited", though..so that's probably why this album doesn't surpass SM for me.
As for Clumsy and Naveed...I still like those albums..but I like them less. The songs are good it's just I haven't been in the mood for the longest time to listen to them. I appreciate Gravity more..there are some really good songs on that album such as "Bring Back the Sun" and I don't think it's such a bad thing to have one album where Raine's voice is "normal". Gravity is probably more experimental than SM in OLP's case.
And if I don't make it known that
I've loved you all along
Just like sunny days that
We ignore because
We're all dumb and jaded
And I hope to God I figure out
What's wrong
Wait, your post confuses me... SM was the first OLP album you bought, but Happiness was when you started really paying attention to them? You *do* realize that SM came out after Happiness right?
... or am I missing something?

She really liked the singles from Happiness, and so when they came out with Spiritual Machines, she was like "hey, its that band I like" and bought the album. Then she bought Happiness later.

Yeah, that's what I meant. IAH made me recognize OLP but it wasn't until SM that I became a fan.
"Waited" is just blah..maybe it's the tune but I just don't like that song.
