Funny story, my girlfriend's professor was the person who signed Nickleback to the record deal. She often prides herself on that and isn't afraid to tell everyone. Well they always have big name guest speakers come in (like they've had Denise Donlan, and one of the producers of the Ellen DeGeneres show) and they had a guy who used to be on the Edge 102.1. I can't remember his name but people were asking him questions and one was about the state of the music industry and his reply was, "Well just take a look at shitty bands like Nickleback and how much money they make with repetitive songs that all sound the same. I think that explains the state of the music industry." He didn't know the prof had signed them. So basically everyone was laughing a lot and she was fuming. Her face was beat red and just over all pissed off looking.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

Yeah, I'm sorry :(

My dad's cousin visited today. She has Bell's palsy. Half of her face is paralyzed. They don't know why but told her she didn't have a stroke. I feel so bad for her :(

I also gained 300 lbs this weekend!

Sweet! I was on a cruise over the summer and it was soooooo nice. They make reading a book look like manual labour! And everyone is so nice. You could just walk up to people and be like "hi, where are you from?" heh. It was paradise.
