To make it clear, there are a lot of golf cources within the city limits of peterborough as well...i can count 3-4 in my head.

As for fishing, there is the yearly fishing derby at the canal next to the worlds largest lift lock the peterborough lift lock wooo!!!

Peterborough is a great place, and living costs are very low here.

And as the university promotion is going on..

lol I couldn't help but chuckle when you said there were "a lot of golf courses in Peterborough... at least 3 or 4". I guess I'm so used to living in Niagara cause we have about 50 within a 20 minute drive.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

well peterborough is a fairly small town, and in comparison to other cities our size...i figure its a lot of golfing.

i've only been there once, and on the way there, we passed by a sign that said oakville or entering oakville or something of that nature.

AMC winston churchill is in oakville and AMC courtney park is in mississauga, omg there's TWO :GASP: who would of ever thought?! :roll:
