Son Of Mask

Post by jeremy_a »

Anyone seen it? I hear it's untolerable shit and possibly one of the worst movies ever made. And by the looks of the preview, it's probably true. But is it honestly that bad? I mean, they did remove the original movie from shelves before this movie came out, apparently because they didn't want people to compare the two.

Isn't it "son of the mask"?

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

Just because I am sexy, naked, a bassist, and sporting a top hat doesn't make me Duncan Coutts!

Why are we even acknowledging the existance of this movie?

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

Hah, the second I saw the thread title, I was gonna post "WHY does this movie get a thread on the CM?!?"

Why do they feel the need to destroy good movies by making god awful sequels?

I haven't seen it, but I refuse to actually see this movie. I can't even say how pissed off I am that they made this fuckin' joke of a movie. Carrey signed on for the sequel many years ago, but due to studio/schedule/funding problems he backed out after a delay of 5 years.

Yeah, from the second I saw the first preview, I was thinking that this was going to really really suck.

It's sad that movies like this can get millions of dollars worth of funding while movie ideas that are really great only get independant releases.

he gave up after only 5 years, geez what a quit'er
he should have just wasted his time and waited 5 more years for them to bring this piece of shit to him so he could say

"are you all fuckin retards, i could sell my bottled piss on ebay and make more money then this movie"

then he could kick their asses fuckin Johnny Squares style
