Thats how you know it's a good movie.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

Oh, is that the criterion?

In that case, My Own Private Idaho was the best movie ever made. :freak:

From what I understood, it was about River Phoenix & Keanu Reeves being whores.

Stealing the title? From what?

Because the book is called "Life of Pi".

It is, disappointingly, pieless.

There has never been a movie called Life of Pie so we haven't stolen a name from anyone/thing.

The idea for the movie stems from Homer's movie about the talking pie only the plot line is completely different. Really the only thing we stole from that was the concept of a talking pie.

Ok, so we also have a sequel that will follow...

Pie^2: Passion of the Crust.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

so you just stole the title of the movie from a book, and who we assume to be the protaganist? total lack of originality. but then i haven't see it so i'll judge after i get to watch it. because the same thing could have been said about scary movie.

I think you care far too much. It's a student movie made by a bunch of friends, not a hollywood blockbuster. Also, considering the writer of Life of Pi is an alumni of my school, it is fitting.

And isn't "Life of Pi" pronounced "Life of Pee" anyway? Because I thought that was wicked funny when I heard about it: "Heeheehee, a book about pee!"
