The Holy Grail of RARE OLP related material?

What would everyone say is the rarest of rare material, like a concert, a cover song, a video, a specific b-side recording etc... that OLP fans have never come across?

I'm just looking for opinions on what everyone considers their most sought after rarity.

Anyway, yeah, I'll go with the demos. Unheard songs win over anything else for me.
