Ok,
so my to of my friends have been dating for 2 years. But they've broken up twice and now they're going to break up again probably because she really can't take the guy anymore. Last time they broke up temporaily i me and his girl friend got really drunk at the bar and accidently got dirty together on the floor. So now they just got in another huge fight, and she's been telling me for awile now that they're over, and i think tonight was the final straw.
My problem is she's coming onto me hardcore again, and i really don't know whether it's ok for me to do anything with her, even if they break up. What do you guys think? Is it ok to date or fool around with your friends ex?
We were at Houston's (the bar) tonight and she was trying really hard to get me, even groping me, and asked if she coudl sleep at my house for the night, and i should add she's actually a pretty hot girl, think tall avril lavigne.

I'd say don't go for her right now if it means jeopardizing your friendship. It will be easier if he and her break up and there isn't bad blood between them. If they're cool with each other and can still remain friends, then there's a way better chance that you won't affect your friendship with him if you do decide to date her. He might say he's cool with it also, but even if he does say it, he doesn't really mean it. It just means that if they're cool with each other, you probably won't ruin your friendship with him if you do decide to go with her.

good idea, i'm way to drunk to even understand everything going on. On the bright side i managed to get out of her staying at my house, which only coudl have ended in disaster.
And they're both my friends which is weird, because i don't know whether i coudl even date a close friend, let alone my friends ex

Wait until they've both had some time to work through it. Like Sinead said she is most likely on the rebound and looking for revenge. If she really has feelings for you then she'll still have them in a few months. Also let your friend get over her too. It would really hurt him to break up with her and then see his friend with her so soon. It's best to wait.
