I once had a friend over the internet that one day was all like "I know your password" and he was right. And there's no way he could have done it by guessing my secret question, because it asks for the name of the cat I had that died 14 years ago, and thus, only my family and very very best friends even know I used to have a cat. (also, in the question, my cat's name is even spelt wrong, because I was stupid and misplaced one of the silent letters)
I'd ask him to help you out, but he stopped talking to me two years ago.
