yeah, i would never think of this new movie as a children's movie. like, i highly doubt it'll get a PG rating.

And by that mean people die in plenty of PG movies. Death doesnt equal a pg-13 rating.

veruca indeed gets mauled by squirrels....and the book is morbid...he doesnt have to do much....

I watched it, and thought it was utter shit. I'm still going to boycott this movie. That's all I have to say.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.
