I prefer the term Geek over Nerd. Similar context though. Less social ineptitude :P

If being socially adept means having a million 'friends' who hang around you because you always have the best makeup tips then BRING ON THE SOCIAL INEPTITUDE!! I'm like an outcast with a posse. I love my friends

 That would make a great song lyric! And it's so true for so many people... (including me!)

Woo! I have one person that I really connect with.
I'm pretty much just courteous to the rest of the people I go to school with.
I like the term geek better. When I think of nerd, I think of the names I was called in school back in the day. Nerd makes me think of someone who looks like Steve Urkle. :P

Only here at the clumsy monkey can we talk about music, death, and whale's penises and still have it all make sense somehow....
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Hahah!!! When John Mayer played at the Michigan Theatre??? My freaking next door neighbors loved him to death, and one of them loves him sooo much, she drove to Columbus to see him in concert again, got home at 4 a.m., and decided to yell and scream down the hall......and wake everyone up.

Michigan Theater is the best place to met bands ever. The hall right next to the theater lead right to the back exit of it... and since there is only one way bands can leave all you have to do is wait.

What's wrong with John Mayer? He's got alot of talent. You don't have to like him just don't insult him :uh:

Girl: Does he see me? Does he even know that I'm close by?
Guy: We're in the hallway, always at half past nine.
Girl: Would he ever get to know me? Would he take the time?
