It's the truth. Arrogant was the original title, and my guess is that the lyrics were completely different (and more meaningful). Most of the lyrics to the songs on Gravity were completely rewritten after the band started working with Bob Rock.

Sounds about right.

I can actually imagine a much darker song with the same chorus.

Actually, that would have been awesome. The chanting of "we are, we are all arrogant".

i know! that would be freaking awesome if hey could rework the song for the next tour or something so it's arrogant....itll never happen though, they're not cool enough, lol. i like innocent though, i like the way it sounds, it's a great song. the video is great too...its one of two songs i dont have anything against on gravity, the other being Bring Back The Sun. All for You and Not Enough are great and all, but they're too 'glossy,' the live versions in my opinion are better.

Go to search, put your username in under "Search for Author:", then choose "Display results as: Posts", then "Search previous:" and choose the amount of time you wanna search for. The search results will come up with the heading "Search found # matches". Voila!
