theres this other one....right underneath end of the world, whats that one...im trying the process of elimination but it isnt working...and it looks like weight of the world instead of weight of the lord....maybe its just me hoping not to get too much god in there though.

why would raine write a song about the weight of the world? :lol:

Course, both OLP and Chantal have a song called "Julia", too... and with that one, OLP's came first. Maybe this would be payback? :lol:

I didn't complain about the drumming. Remember, I LIKE this song. I merely said that it's sub-par FOR JEREMY. Go listen to anything on Happiness. This song is more like Gravity in the drums sense. And does the fact that they have Duncan playing piano (which seems to be functionally replacing the bass) make it COMPLETELY different from anything on Gravity? Not in my opinion. And yes, Jeremy does go a bit crazy during the 'rave-up' at the end, but.... we've all seen him to better. Now remember people, I LIKE this song, and I'm not complaining about it, I'm just critiquing it. As for Raine's singing, I am never one to complain about it, even if there aren't any falsettos. And yes, I truly believe that Duncan's bass playing on this song is superior to any other song in their catalogue. I can hear traces of John Entwistle, which is always good to here. When I heard this song I immediately thought of Innocent. They're both similar in that anthemic way. And the message in the lyrics, from what I can make out, is sort of similar. I just don't want people to do what they did with Gravity. You know, hearing the unfinished version and loving it, and then shooting it down when the album comes out.

I actually kind of like the idea of the song in the clip being a happier more optimistic song.

What I don't want is something poppy, but due to the roughness of such a jamming session, I can't tell if this will be a very poppy song or not. The bass lines (when the bass actually kicks in) would sugest otherwise, but the airy guitar and lyrics suggest pop. Then again, such a mix could turn out interesting.
