new directer for the 3rd one ..
he changed things around and left out a lot of the book
the original producer needs to come back for the 4th one :nod:

That'd be nice but I believe they've already started production on it with the same director. Don't quote me on that though.

I found the third quite disappointing. It's my favourite book. So much was left out and really unnecessary things were added. :neutral:

i read awhile ago that the original director chris might help out with the 4th .. and the 3rd is my favorite book too .. i haven't watched it yet, i'm scared to now

It's not exactly unbearable to watch, it just leaves you wondering where bits of the book went. It didn't really ruin the book for me, just because it seemed so different.

As a movie it's GREAT. As a representation of the book, it's not so good.

See, my opinion is, that as a book made into a movie it's alright. Unfourtunately this book is a phenomon and has become part of pop culture, so they were gonna fuck it up somehow.

As a movie, it blows.
Seriously. I don't see why people don't get this. The actors were chosen based on appearance and now they suck as actors and everyone tells them they're awesome. I don't get it. The guy who played Harry was sooo bad is was absolutely painful to watch. He's an unbelieveably bad actor.

Yeah, I could rant some more but I should stop.

the third movie was BY FAR the best MOVIE of all of the three. the first two seemed like it was a book on tape or something, which is fine for people who are too lazy to read the books but as movie adaptations go i absolutely loved the 3rd one.

I'm just glad the long standing rumors about the cutting of the QWC scene have been squashed. In the next movie they definately show the world cup. But thats going to be the only quidditch in the movie.
