I really don't think it is. If were gonna unite Canada and America, why don't we just put Mexico in there too. Hell while were at it, we can throw South America in. Then we can all be united. Then All of Europe can be united. Then eventually we can unite the whole world. I'm not saying it's gonna happen soon, but it will eventually.

the thing about two-tiered health care...canadians ARE allowed to go to the states. for the time being, i think that works to some extent, canadians going there.
