Recommendation #1:

Dismember - Override of the Overture.

Swedish death metal. I haven't heard the whole song, but by listening to the <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/clipserve/B000000GZF001001/1/002-6367268-3304062">30 second sample on Amazon.com</a> repeatedly, you will not only get an idea for what the entire song, and indeed the entire album (and all of their later albums) are like, it also becomes an extended version that never ends. Damn!

Get it!
