I hate trying to catch up on this thread. If anyone can summarize what I missed in it since last Friday, please do so. I'm damn tired. I made it from Ann Arbor to Jefferson City in 8 hours. Not too bad I guess. Had an awesome trip, and I'll talk about it later when I can think.

my friend just had her baby this morning .. a little scary, she's 6 weeks early but they had to give her an emergency c section and little jacob thomas came into the world at 8:36am weighing 4 pounds and 2 ounces with a full head of dark brown curly hair and blue eyes .. it broke my heart to hear my friend ask me, "do you think he's going to make it?"
they rushed jacob to a hospital about 2 hours away hooked up to breathing machines since his lungs aren't fully developed yet .. how devastating is that, to have your baby, barely get to hold him and then a team of doctors rushes him away to a hospital that's 2 hours away from you .. man.
plus being so drugged up and confused and she said she'll hear other babies crying and think it's jacob and then realizes jacob isn't there

Ouch, I really hope he makes it, nothing is sadder than a child not making it.
Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf
Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...
Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...
So glad you could stay
Forever
He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand
You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..
So glad you could stay
Forever

No.
Just because I am sexy, naked, a bassist, and sporting a top hat doesn't make me Duncan Coutts!
