I was when i said it.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

So my Dad called me earlier and told he that he and my stepmother were thinking of going away for Christmas (translation: my stepmother wants to). So ... yeah ... looks like I'll be spending Christmas on my own or something.

In better news, I did my tax return and they owe me £192 :D
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

*hugs*

A bit of a Sam Roberts song was just played on the tv during a programme about some people emigrating to Canada (the bit from the Canadian Dream where it goes - "I went out on the street today, the Canadian dream was as far away as it's ever been") I got way too excited :D Why couldn't they play matt good and olp too?

I'm at a point in my life where I need to work my ass off at my current job for the next month and a half so I can pay off some debts and be able to move to Toronto for November 1st with enough money for first/last month's rent etc. BUT I have absolutely no motivation and I can't make myself care about anything enough to actually go to work. I've missed 4 days alone this month. :(

This cloud of doubt is hanging over my head, making me think I'll never actually succeed in this so why bother trying. Blah.

Somebody shoot me and end my misery. :D

it's kinda complicated. you really have to know how it works. my brother knows how it works and pretty much gets tickets for me and my friends every year.
