Jer was on the Dean Blundell show on the Edge this morning.
The important points I can remember are:
- the new album is *tentatively* due out in the spring
- new songs include "hit the wall" and "holy ghost" and Jer played the drum parts for them.
- They talked about the hub
and the lovely Nikki is recording it all so hopefully it will be on the hub tomorrow
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.
And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.
(I don't think he was too happy about me recording Vampires and sharing it. )
Oh, and bad news. The stream died after a few hours... so, hopefully someone recorded it straight from the radio... still have the first bunch, though at least.
