Again, I have to ask. How does the forum differentiate between lurker, guest, and hidden? I know what guest and hidden are. Lurker could fit under either category.

i think hidden is just reffering to the people who are signed in, but stay invisible.

Yeah, but what's Lurker? It doesn't make sense. It can't be someone who isn't logged in. That's Guests. It can't be someone who is logged in but hidden. That's hidden. It can't be someone who is logged in and not hidden. That' Registered Users.
