Here's what rolled thru Sydney yesteday. Pics are taken from a variety of my friends.
As you can see, there was enough hail to make it look like snow... and the lightning... WOW! So if you only have time to look at a few. Check out the bottom set. The lightning pics were taken at ~11 at night to illustrate how much Mother Nature turned on a light show for us.

Hail can happen in spring or summer. It's part of a severe thunderstorm in any season

Those pictures were Interesting. There have been some weird weather disturbances going on. How is the temps now? I was suppose to go to Australia this November. Too much was going on for me to finance it this year. I have to put it off once again. One year I will make it to Australia. Now looks like it will have to wait till 2005.
I loved the photo of the girl holding the hail. That was funny cause it did look like snow.
