Songs definitely on the CD:

"Picture", "Don't Ask Why", "Holy Ghost"

The CD was going to be "Vampires" at one point, but they backed out on that idea.

The have recorded over 40 songs and are still going :freak:, but he says the album will be done in the coming month so they can start getting tours set up.

Hopefully they pick the right ones

Raine wants a small CD, like 10 awesome songs instead of a number of fillers, but WANTS to get the other ones out there somehow, this is so awesome, through EPs and stuff.

The CD will probably be out in March, but Raine wants to start touring this winter (possibly before Christmas).

Raine seemed to warm up to a possibility of playing over two hour shows, with just Our Lady Peace, and even acknowledged maybe digging into a bunch of old stuff when the DJ asked about it.

This is very good news, I must say.

I guess Not Afraid is kind of a mystery. Jeremy Said it would probably be on the CD, but now Raine mentions songs that will be on it, and Not Afraid isn't included. Doesn't mean it won't be on it, but still.

Maybe the Beer CD is one of those "other ways" to get music out there that Raine was talking about :freak:

   I don't know why but I just started cracking up when I read this line... I guess I was kinda expecting them to start touring in the dead of winter... again.

The band hope to eventually release the songs that don't make the record in some form, either via their fanclub or on EP's sold at shows.

This is awesome. I just hope that they're not really limited so that I can't get one of each. Also, if they sell them at shows, do you think there would be a way to get one if they don't tour near me? And what's this about a fan club? OLP doesn't have a fricken fan club  Maybe a "relaunch" of PPU? I was never a member before so I missed out on those 2 singles :( Maybe they could re-release them through the "fan club" as well :)

YAY! that's awesome, u sure he didnt mention Mississauga? hahaha
I'm so psyched about the concert, I think that the single will be out in Feb. and the CD in March. and the fact that they're gonna release some songs through another method is awesome!

Raine's all talk.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

*can't help but wonder by the way Raine worded that if they got word of our discussions on that title*
