It's a long story Gail, and I don't really want to go into it here. But I'll hopefully be better again in a few weeks time, for now at least.

Right now my problem is that I'm so cold that I'm considering turning my heating on. But it's August and that would just be wrong. Maybe I'll just go back to bed and read

In the words of U2-It's a beautiful day. It is so sunny and hot today. I don't want summer to end.
. I hate cold weather. Goes through my bones. I have to get a check up, but it may be cause I am iron insufficent. A few times when I went to give blood they said I couldn't cause I don't have enought iron in my blood. I don't undersatnd cause I take a vitiman with Iron in it.
I don't eat red meat or rarely do so I am not getting enough in my system

i am iron insufficent. i have to take vitamins so i get enough iron.

That is what I don't underatand. I take a woman's multi-vitaman with all vitamins, plus Calicum, Iron, Zinc and I forgot what else.
Like I said I have to go back to the doctor and ask him. This would explain why I get cold, or feel tired(well that an lack of sleep also). I just had a full check up about 8 months ago and nothing showed up on that.
