college schedules

Post by megxyz128 »

so has anyone else registered for classes yet? i don't care what year you're in, i just want to see everyones schedules.

mine:

monday - intro. to astronomy, spanish
tuesday - math 090, comp 106,
wednesday - intro. to astronomy, spanish, astronomy lab
thursday - math 090, comp 106
friday - into. to astronomy

yeah so i took the math placement, and i hate hate hate math, and i got into 090 and like, that's the class right before pre-calculus and it doesn't count towards graduation yet i still have to pay full price for it, the lowest math they accept is pre-calc. is that common?

oh and i still have to take spanish placement so the days of my spanish are going to change probably, so it's not set in stone yet.

and name what college you're going to, i'm going to the university of michigan: dearborn.

ok go.

How the hell is your schedule so empty? :wtf:

I have 5 courses, each with 2-3 hours of lectures, plus one tutorial per week for most of them.

That's how mine was most of the time. I only went on mon, wed, fri. Or even just Teusday and Thursday.

But thank you all for reminding me that I don't what the fuck to major in and can't register for classes until I do!

damn. utm gave me the shaft. second year students can only register on the 21st. everyone else at utm already registered except the second year kids. :( but, i think i have everything figured out though.

fall term:
monday-introduction of developmental psychology
tuesday-research and design and analysis in psychology I, introduction to personality, introduction to sociology
wednesday-introduction to film studies 1
thursday-same as tuesday
friday-research and design and analysis in psychology I (tutorial), introduction to sociology (tutorial)

winter term:
monday-introduction to physiological psychology
tuesday-introduction to sociology, introduction to cognitive psychology
wednesday-introduction to film studies 2
thursday-introduction to socilogy, introduction to cognitive psychology, introduction to abnormal psychology
friday-introduction to sociology (tutorial)

still not sure about the film studies courses. i wanted to take a philosphy course or two, but it doesn't fit in my schedule well. heh, just think, last year i was getting into chem and calculus and bio, and now it's pretty much all psych. i wish i would have realized earlier how much i hated chem, bio and calc so i could have dropped them when i had the chance.

How long before you graduate Rob?

I think I'm going to take dance, drama, and biology. Then I need one more. Then I think I might take the next semester off.
