Our Lady of Peace festival - Columbus, Ohio

Post by Kicker774 »

Just saw a sign the other day for the Our Lady of Peace festival here in Columbus.

I'll have to swipe the sign even though I may go to hell for it

Anyone else have an Our Lady of Peace church/school in thier city?

I went to Our Lady of Peace Elementary school from grade 4-8
Is there something good, something more?
Is there anything worth dying for?

I remember being at one of those Tower Records store signing things that OLP did and Raine saying in between songs, "Hey, Steve Yzerman is here!"

And then, everyone stopped taking pictures of the band and started pointing their cameras in his direction.

Did he retire or is he just giving up being captain?

Last I herd he was working to get back in shape for the Canadian Naitonal team. They face off against the US in an exhibition match next month here in Columbus. Should be pretty sweet.

Yea it's the same size as any of those Vote Quimby election signs you'd see out in front yards or street corners. I got out of my car and was just expecting to quickly toss it in the passenger window but it would fit.

Was late at night and only one car drove by but I crapped my pants for a sec becuse it was a white crown vic same model the police drive.

Luckyily it didn't have any of the flashy lights on it like the cops do :)

It's a solid addition to my growing OLP shrine.
